Two to four working days is the truthful range, and if one operator is the reason it is four, you are told which.
The one thing that will not be said on the telephone
A made up number. Ask about a month nobody has priced yet and what you get is a promise to go away, ask properly, and write back, on the view that a figure invented in conversation is worth less than an honest silence.
